Richard Burley - CEO

Rick is a well known business coach, speaker, author and entrepreneur. He's had experience in the financial services and business coaching field for over 25 years. He has worked with well known motivational speakers such as Zig Zigler and Jim Rohn. After successfully running the Ward 8 Business Triage Center (BTC) with Steve Chapman for the past 5 years they created Venturion to meet the massvie charity funding shortfall that is gripping North America.

Steve Chapman M.Sc. - COO

Steve is a former Calgary Police Officer who has seen first hand the consequences of what happens when the charity and social safety nets fail. After earning a Master's degree in Applied Psychology he left the police service and ran for Calgary City Council in an effort to create more political accountability. In the process he has managed to generate significant stakeholder input and debate about the problems facing municipalities and possible innovative solutions. Steve believes that the best solutions to social problems are through the charities working on the front line and not government. He is the author of six books, a speaker, and business developer.

Megan Miller - President and Director of Philanthropy

Megan has worked in several industriesacross Canada, the UK and Australia. Her travels abroad have made her particularly sensitive to the growing financial gap between those well off and those in need. Her international experience is of great value in dealing with charities across North America.

Ron Dahl - Comptroller

Ron is a past teacher, principle, and former president of the Alberta Teachers Association. Most recently he was involved with the development of DeVry before retiring. He was coaxed to return to the full time work world by the Venturion project after becoming one of their first investors.

Jim Bullock - VP Sales

With 20 years in the print industry Jim has been very helpful in securing  the most cost effective print solution for Venturion’s reproductions. The more he learned more about Venturion's goals the more committed he became about making it a reality. He enthusiastically joined the Venturion team at the first opportunity as VP of Sales. Jim’s expertise in making companies look good on paper are invaluable in making Venturion a success.
